Services include Pension and Retirement Planning, Savings and Investments, Mortgages, Protection Plans, Estate and Inheritance Tax and Equity Release.

Our clients are of huge importance to us. We treat each client as we would want to be treated ourselves. It is our responsibility to ensure that each client receives the level of service they expect from Jane Newman Financial Planning Ltd.

We endeavour to do the following:

  • We will greet our clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • When at our desks, we will answer the phone within 3 rings
  • We will respond to answer machine messages within the first 2 hours of business
  • We will respond to emails within 24 hours during normal business hours
  • We will respond to website queries and questions within 24 hours during normal business hours
  • We will respond to social media queries and questions within 24 hours during normal business hours
