Mortgages and Equity Release

Choosing the right mortgage is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make, which is why you need assistance from a mortgage adviser with more than 20 years’ experience of the sector.

JNFP can offer advice on the following mortgage types:

  • Purchase
  • Re-mortgage
  • Buy to let
  • Self-employed
  • Help to Buy scheme
  • Self-build

Giving you the Key Facts

As independent whole of market independent advisers, we can provide advice on a wide range of products available to the intermediary market, sourced via online access to the UK’s major market providers. Our team will collate all the necessary information and submit the application to the lender on your behalf.

After you have accepted our recommendations, we will give you a Key Facts illustration from the lender and smooth your journey to receiving an offer. Full details can be found on our client agreement and on the Key Facts illustration.

If a lender uses intermediaries, we will be able to advise on their products.

During this seamless process:

  • Different mortgage types will be thoroughly explained to help you decide whether a fixed, tracker, capped, discount or variable mortgage is most suitable for you
  • We will liaise with your estate agent and solicitor on your behalf
For our services we will receive a payment from the lender when your mortgage completes.

JNFP charges a fee of £299 to arrange a mortgage once the decision in principle has been received. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some forms of Buy to Let.

To start your mortgage or re-mortgage journey in safe hands, call JNFP on 01905 779193, email or submit an enquiry via our Contact Us page.
