All here at Jane Newman Financial Planning are safe and well and we hope you and your loved ones are too.
We would like to confirm that for us it is business as usual, as far as possible, and talking with clients, new and existing over the telephone, by email and by Zoom. As many of you know our favourite part of the business are the face-to-face meetings and Zoom is proving to be the next best thing while they are not possible.
The safety of the team and our clients is our top priority and unfortunately due to us being unable to socially distance our office will remain closed for the time being. We have some exciting news coming soon which will hopefully allow us to review this again in the near future.
We are continuing our normal review service and have managed to catch up with many clients who are often too busy to meet or speak with us on a regular basis. As you are aware we review portfolios every six months and we have managed to keep ahead of the game on this as normal. However, should you require a valuation in between your normal reviews please use the normal provider login details that you will have received or email email@example.com with a request and one will be emailed out to you by return.
All post is still getting to us and we would request that you please post documents to us using Royal Mail rather than drop through the letter box at Gaudet Luce Golf Club.
Most providers have now adjusted to the new working processes but their processing timescales have increased for even the most simple requests so please bear with us and them as we are all doing our best.
